2. Studio Bookings

• All bookings must be made in advance through our official website, social media channels, or authorized representatives.

• Booking confirmations are subject to availability and payment completion.

• The studio is available 24/7, but access must align with your confirmed booking slot.

3. Use of Studio Space

• The studio, equipment, and sets must be used responsibly.

• Any damage caused to studio property, equipment, or sets will be charged to the client.

• Alterations to sets, props, or walls are not permitted without prior written approval.

• Smoking, illegal activities, or hazardous materials are strictly prohibited inside the studio.

4. Equipment & Facilities

• The Shuffle Studio provides camera-ready sets, podcast equipment, infinity white wall, and other facilities.

• Clients are responsible for proper handling of all equipment during usage.

• Any malfunction or issue must be reported immediately to studio staff.

5. Content Responsibility

• Clients retain full ownership and responsibility for the content created at the studio.

• The Shuffle Studio is not responsible for the nature, legality, or usage of the content produced.

• Any content violating laws, copyrights, or third-party rights is strictly prohibited.

6. Access & Security

• Entry is limited to the number of people declared at the time of booking.

• Unauthorized access or sharing of access credentials is not allowed.

• CCTV surveillance may be in use for safety and security purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

• All branding, images, text, designs, and materials related to The Shuffle Studio are protected intellectual property.

• Use of The Shuffle Studio’s brand or visuals for promotion requires prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Shuffle Studio is not liable for personal injuries, loss of data, equipment damage, or loss of belongings during studio usage.

• Clients use the studio at their own risk.
