Studio Booking Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our refund policy carefully.

1. Cancellation by Client
  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled booking time are eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the booking type.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking are non-refundable.

  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

2. Rescheduling
  • One-time rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

  • Rescheduled bookings must be used within the agreed timeframe.

3. Cancellation by The Shuffle Studio
  • If a booking is canceled due to technical issues, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances from our end, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

4. Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.

5. Custom & Long-Term Bookings
  • Custom packages, bulk bookings, and long-term rentals may have separate refund terms, clearly communicated consider booking.
