Studio Booking Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please review our refund policy carefully.
1. Cancellation by Client
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled booking time are eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the booking type.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking are non-refundable.
No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
2. Rescheduling
One-time rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
Rescheduled bookings must be used within the agreed timeframe.
3. Cancellation by The Shuffle Studio
If a booking is canceled due to technical issues, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances from our end, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.
5. Custom & Long-Term Bookings
Custom packages, bulk bookings, and long-term rentals may have separate refund terms, clearly communicated consider booking.
